Use the Wellness area at your own risk, knowing your own health condition.

Guests visiting the wellness center accept the contents of the House Rules by entering, and acknowledge them as binding.

For accidents resulting from the Guest’s fault, improper use of the wellness department’s services, or non-compliance with the House Rules, the hotel assumes no responsibility.

In the wellness area, Guests are obliged to comply with public health and hygiene rules!

You may receive a wellness towel in exchange for the towel card received upon arrival.

When picking up the towel, please always present your keycard case containing your room number to our colleagues.

We exchange wellness towels for 500 HUF / towel.

Before leaving the wellness area, please always return your towel, for which you will receive your towel card back. The next day, we will provide you with a wellness towel again in exchange for your towel card.

Please note that upon departure from the Hotel, you shall return the towel card at the Hotel Reception. Upon arrival, the fee of the towel card – HUF 7 000 / card – is automatically charged on the Guest’s bill, but once the card is returned upon departure, this amount gets deleted from the bill.

In the event of losing or failing to return the card upon departure, Guests shall pay this charge as compensation!

Entry

• External guests who do not have a hotel room reservation may only stay in the wellness area with a valid ticket, during opening hours.
• Our hotel reserves the right to temporarily suspend ticket salesif the number of spa guests reaches the maximum allowed.

Payment for services

• Please, kindly note, that upon entry we only bill the service fee for the use of the wellness area, however, if you use additional services, the fee of these services and the consumption will be charged at the wellness reception, which you must pay when leaving the wellness area.
• If the guest can’t or does not want to settle the debt upon departure, the guest must prove their identity to the Hotel Representative and to record their position regarding the payment in a separate written statement.

Locker

• Non-hotel guests may request a locker key upon purchasing their wellness tickets. There is a men's ans a women's changing room, where you can find the lockers.
• The locker room fee is included in the ticket price, the Hotel requires a deposit for the locker key, which will be given back when the key is returned.
• Guests use the locker room independently.
• The Hotel is not liable for personal clothing and items left outside the locker by the Guest, or if the Guest leaves their locker open.

Unattended Valuables

• The Hotel is not liable for damages due to the theft of clothing and valuables left unattended in the wellness area.

Valuables dropped into the pool

• The Hotel is not liable for items, valuables, etc. dropped into the pool, thus the Hotel shall not be obligated to dismantle or check the drains and pipelines.

Please, return any found items at the Wellness Reception or Hotel Reception. You can pick up a found object by identifying yourself as its rightful owner.

In case of any emergency in the wellness area – such as injury, accident, fire or presence of an accident-prone device or object – please notify the Wellness Reception or Hotel Reception in person, where the staff is obliged to take action immediately based on the relevant regulations.

• have an illness causing convulsions or loss of consciousness,
• have an illness with conspicuous or extensive lesions,
• have an injury or open wound,
• are drunk or under the influence of narcotics or intoxicating drugs.

• use the pools without swimwear (this includes children). Children who are not yet potty trained may only use the pools wearing a swim diaper.

• bring in fragileor dangerous, injury-prone items
• bring children’s motorcycles, scooters, small bicycles, strollers, etc. into the wellness area or use them during operating hours
• dispose of waste or pieces of paper in the Wellness area, contaminate the pool water! If the Guest intentionally or carelessly contaminates the pool water and therefore the pool has to be closed, its water has to be drained or disinfected etc. then the cost of the procedure, moreover, even the loss of revenue due to closing the pool and the cost of other damages shall be borne by the Guest.
• consume food or alcoholic drinks in the wellness area. You can use the Hotel’s bars – Mirage Café and Kamilla Bar – if you would like to drink alcohol or eat something, but do not bring anything into the Wellness area from the bar.

• in order to prevent slips, the use of slippers is mandatory!
• A Adherence to this policy is mandatory for everyone entering the wellness area! If a Guest does not follow the rules despite a warning to do so, the service can be denied from them without compensation.
• Guests shall follow the instructions located in the Wellness area and the instructions of the Wellness Staff!

Pools may only be used under constant adult supervision, at the responsibility of their supervisor by the following individuals:

• children under the age of 12,
• those who cannot swim ,
• people who are unable to use the services on their own and/or have reduced mobility, hearing impairment, and vision impaired people

Thermal pools may only be used by children under the age of 14 if recommended by a doctor.

A without a prior medical examination, the recommended stay for adults in the thermal water is 20 minutes maximum.

In the wellness area, there is a first aid room during operating hours. Guests shall immediately inform the nearest member of staff about any injuries or emergency. In case of a bleeding injury, leave the pool immediately. Medical care is available in the first aid room.

Please, do not reserve the loungers consistently by putting a towel or other objects on them. We ask our Guests who leave the Wellness area for over 30 minutes a wellness részleget, hogy not to leave their towels and belongings unattended. If items do get left behind, the staff max collect any items intending to reserve seats. The lifeguard will collect towels and bathrobes left unattended within an hour and hang them up on the nearest hanger. The Hotel is not liable for damages due to the theft of clothing and valuables left unattended in the Wellness area.

The Operator operates the entertainment equipment in a pre-programmed way. The right of modifying this program is reserved, and in accordance with the number of Guests in the Wellness area, , the operating time of the entertainment equipment may be modified without prior notice.

The Hotel does not allow using audio equipment without earphones in the wellness area.

Use the wellness equipment properly, for their intended purpose.

The paddle pool may not be used by adults and children over the age of 6. Children who are not yet potty trained must wear a waterproof swimming diaper in the pool.

In case of any mechanical defects or breakdowns due to tourist traffic, the Hotel can pause the operation of given areas of the Délibáb Wellness Oasis. In such cases, the Hotel cannot provide compensation.

Adherence to the Policy is mandatory for everyone staying in the Wellness area. If a Guest does not follow the rules despite a warning to do so, the service can be denied from them without compensation.

In case of a breach against the Rules, the Hotel may deny the service from the Guest with no refund obligation. In case of a Guest causing damage, the Hotel may claim compensation for the damage caused.

Guests can write their complaintsregarding the method and quality of service, the behaviour of the staff and raise their objections related to the operation of the Spa in the Complaints' book, while satisfaction and appreciation can be expressed in the Guestbook. The Complaints Book and the Guestbook are available at the Hotel Reception.
