SZERZ\u0150D\u0150 F\u00c9L<\/b><\/p>\n<p>A Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 \u00e1ltal ny\u00fajtott szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sokat a Vend\u00e9g veszi ig\u00e9nybe.<\/p>\n<p>Amennyiben a szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sokra vonatkoz\u00f3 megrendel\u00e9st a vend\u00e9g k\u00f6zvetlen\u00fcl adja le a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3nak, \u00fagy a vend\u00e9g a szerz\u0151d\u0151 f\u00e9l. A Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 \u00e9s a Vend\u00e9g egy\u00fcttesen &#8211; a felt\u00e9telek teljes\u00fcl\u00e9se eset\u00e9n &#8211; szerz\u0151d\u00e9ses felekk\u00e9 v\u00e1lnak (tov\u00e1bbiakban Felek).<\/p>\n<p>Amennyiben a szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sokra vonatkoz\u00f3 megrendel\u00e9st Vend\u00e9g megb\u00edz\u00e1s\u00e1b\u00f3l egy harmadik szem\u00e9ly (tov\u00e1bbiakban: K\u00f6zvet\u00edt\u0151) adja le a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3nak, az egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s felt\u00e9teleit a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 \u00e9s a K\u00f6zvet\u00edt\u0151 k\u00f6z\u00f6tt megk\u00f6t\u00f6tt szerz\u0151d\u00e9s szab\u00e1lyozza. Ebben az esetben Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 nem k\u00f6teles vizsg\u00e1lni, hogy a harmadik szem\u00e9ly jogszer\u0171en k\u00e9pvisel-e a vend\u00e9get.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n3. A sz\u00e1ll\u00e1shely el\u00e9rhet\u0151s\u00e9gei a sz\u00e1ll\u00e1shely kiadv\u00e1nyaiban, a sz\u00e1ll\u00e1shely saj\u00e1t prospektusain, valamint a <a href=\"https:\/\/teszt.hoteldelibab.hu\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/teszt.hoteldelibab.hu\/<\/a> honlapon tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3k.<br \/>\nA megrendel\u00e9snek <b>tartalmaznia kell<\/b> a Vend\u00e9g nev\u00e9t, c\u00edm\u00e9t, az \u00e9rkez\u00e9s \u00e9s t\u00e1voz\u00e1s pontos id\u0151pontj\u00e1t, a szobat\u00edpust, valamint a szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok (\u00e9tkez\u00e9s, program) pontos megnevez\u00e9s\u00e9t.<br \/>\nA megrendel\u00e9skor f\u00e9lre\u00e9rthetetlen m\u00f3don k\u00f6z\u00f6lni kell a sz\u00e1ll\u00e1shellyel, hogy a Vend\u00e9g megrendel\u00e9se a sz\u00e1ll\u00e1shely mely \u00e9p\u00fclet\u00e9re, milyen kateg\u00f3ri\u00e1j\u00fa \u00e9s t\u00edpus\u00fa szob\u00e1ra vonatkozik.<br \/>\nA sz\u00e1ll\u00e1shely minden megrendel\u00e9st \u00edr\u00e1sban igazol vissza (telefax, e-mail).<\/p>\n<p>A Szerz\u0151d\u00e9s a Vend\u00e9g \u00edr\u00e1sban leadott foglal\u00e1s\u00e1nak a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 \u00e1ltali \u00edr\u00e1sban megk\u00fcld\u00f6tt visszaigazol\u00e1s\u00e1val j\u00f6n l\u00e9tre \u00e9s \u00edgy \u00edr\u00e1sban megk\u00f6t\u00f6tt szerz\u0151d\u00e9snek min\u0151s\u00fcl.<\/p>\n<p>Sz\u00f3ban leadott foglal\u00e1s, meg\u00e1llapod\u00e1s, m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1s, vagy annak a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 \u00e1ltali sz\u00f3beli visszaigazol\u00e1sa nem szerz\u0151d\u00e9s \u00e9rt\u00e9k\u0171.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>az aj\u00e1nlatok \u00e9rv\u00e9nyess\u00e9ge<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A Fundus Invest Kft. aj\u00e1nlatai &#8211; a Napi szoba\u00e1rak kiv\u00e9tel\u00e9vel &#8211; csak korl\u00e1tozott mennyis\u00e9g\u0171 szobakapacit\u00e1ssal \u00e1llnak a Vend\u00e9gek rendelkez\u00e9s\u00e9re.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>a szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s lemond\u00e1sa<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A Vend\u00e9g k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9get v\u00e1llal arra, hogy az \u00e1ltala megrendelt szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok esetleges lemond\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l, m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l vagy b\u00e1rmilyen egy\u00e9b v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sr\u00f3l a szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s kezdet\u00e9t megel\u0151z\u0151en, \u00edr\u00e1sban t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatja a sz\u00e1ll\u00e1shelyet.<\/p>\n<p>A sz\u00e1ll\u00e1s-szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s ig\u00e9nybev\u00e9tel\u00e9r\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 Szerz\u0151d\u00e9s meghat\u00e1rozott id\u0151tartamra sz\u00f3l.<\/p>\n<p>A sz\u00e1ll\u00e1s-szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s ig\u00e9nybev\u00e9tel\u00e9nek Vend\u00e9g \u00e1ltal kezdem\u00e9nyezett meghosszabb\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 el\u0151zetes hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1sa sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges. Ebben az esetben a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 kik\u00f6theti a m\u00e1r teljes\u00edtett szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s d\u00edj\u00e1nak megt\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t.<br \/>\nA Szerz\u0151d\u00e9s m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz \u00e9s\/vagy kieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez a Felek \u00e1ltal al\u00e1\u00edrt \u00edr\u00e1sbeli meg\u00e1llapod\u00e1s sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n4. FIZET\u00c9SI FELT\u00c9TELEK, GARANCIA<\/b><\/p>\n<p>A Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 a Szerz\u0151d\u0151 f\u00e9l r\u00e9sz\u00e9re ny\u00fajtott szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sainak ellen\u00e9rt\u00e9k\u00e9re legk\u00e9s\u0151bb az ig\u00e9nybev\u00e9telt k\u00f6vet\u0151en, a sz\u00e1llod\u00e1b\u00f3l t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 t\u00e1voz\u00e1st megel\u0151z\u0151en tart ig\u00e9nyt, de egyedi meg\u00e1llapod\u00e1s keret\u00e9ben adhat lehet\u0151s\u00e9get ut\u00f3lagos fizet\u00e9sre is. A Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 jogosult az \u00e1ltala ny\u00fajtott szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok eset\u00e9ben r\u00e9szsz\u00e1ml\u00e1t is ki\u00e1ll\u00edtani.<\/p>\n<p>A Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 a szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s Szerz\u0151d\u00e9s szerinti ig\u00e9nybev\u00e9tel\u00e9nek, \u00e9s az ellen\u00e9rt\u00e9k kiegyenl\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9nek biztos\u00edt\u00e9kak\u00e9nt ig\u00e9nyelhet el\u0151leget a megrendelt szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok teljes eg\u00e9sz\u00e9re.<\/p>\n<p>A megrendelt szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok ellen\u00e9rt\u00e9ke az al\u00e1bbi m\u00f3dokon fizethet\u0151:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>\u00e1tutal\u00e1ssal<\/i>,<\/li>\n<li><em>online bankk\u00e1rty\u00e1s fizet\u00e9ssel<\/em> a sz\u00e1lloda foglal\u00e1si fel\u00fclet\u00e9n kereszt\u00fcl. Az online bankk\u00e1rty\u00e1s fizet\u00e9sek a Barion rendszer\u00e9n kereszt\u00fcl val\u00f3sulnak meg. A bankk\u00e1rtya adatok sz\u00e1llod\u00e1nkhoz nem jutnak el. SZOLG\u00c1LTAT\u00d3 JOGAI, K\u00d6TELEZETTS\u00c9GEI<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 jogosult a vend\u00e9g \u00e1ltal ig\u00e9nybe vett, megrendelt szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok ellen\u00e9rt\u00e9k\u00e9nek megt\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re.<\/p>\n<p>Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 k\u00f6teles a megrendelt sz\u00e1ll\u00e1s \u00e9s egy\u00e9b szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1st az \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1sok, standardok szerint teljes\u00edteni.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n14. K\u00c1RT\u00c9R\u00cdT\u00c9S<\/b><\/p>\n<p>A sz\u00e1ll\u00e1shely az \u00e1ltala okozott k\u00e1rok\u00e9rt a vonatkoz\u00f3 jogszab\u00e1lyok szerint felel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9rt\u00e9kt\u00e1rgyak\u00e9rt, \u00e9rt\u00e9kpap\u00edrok\u00e9rt \u00e9s k\u00e9szp\u00e9nz\u00e9rt a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 csak akkor felel\u0151s, ha azt <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">meg\u0151rz\u00e9sre kifejezetten \u00e1tvette<\/span> vagy a meg\u0151rz\u00e9sre \u00e1tv\u00e9telt megtagadta.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 felel\u0151ss\u00e9ge nem terjed ki azokra a k\u00e1resem\u00e9nyekre, amelyek a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3nak, alkalmazottainak \u00e9s vend\u00e9geinek k\u00f6r\u00e9n k\u00edv\u00fcl es\u0151 elh\u00e1r\u00edthatatlan ok miatt k\u00f6vetkeztek be, vagy azokat a Vend\u00e9g maga okozta.<br \/>\nAmennyiben a vend\u00e9g a helysz\u00ednen elmulaszt panaszt tenni, a k\u00e9s\u0151bbiekben k\u00e1rt\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9sre nem jogosult.<\/p>\n<p>A vend\u00e9g mindazon k\u00e1rok\u00e9rt felel\u0151s, amelyeket a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 vagy harmadik szem\u00e9ly a Vend\u00e9g vagy k\u00eds\u00e9r\u0151je vagy az \u0151 felel\u0151ss\u00e9ge al\u00e1 tartoz\u00f3 m\u00e1s szem\u00e9lyek hib\u00e1j\u00e1b\u00f3l elszenved. CONTRACTING PARTY<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The services provided by the Service Provider are used by the Guest.<\/p>\n<p>If the order for services is placed directly by the Guest to the Service Provider, the Guest is qualified as the Contracting Party. The Service Provider and the Guest shall jointly and separately become contracting parties (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cParties\u201d), provided that the conditions are fulfilled.<\/p>\n<p>If the order for the services is placed by a third party (hereinafter referred to as \u201cAgent\u201d) on behalf of the Guest, the terms of cooperation shall be governed by the contract concluded between the Service Provider and the Intermediary. In this case, the Service Provider shall not be obliged to verify whether the third party legally represents the Guest.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n3. METHODS AND CONDITIONS OF USING THE SERVICE<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>ordering the service<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The order must always be sent to the accommodation <b>in writing<\/b> (fax, e-mail, etc.). The accommodation&#8217;s contact details can be found in the accommodation&#8217;s publications, in the accommodation&#8217;s own brochures, and on the website <a href=\"https:\/\/teszt.hoteldelibab.hu\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/teszt.hoteldelibab.hu\/<\/a>.<br \/>\nThe order <b>must include<\/b> the Guest&#8217;s name, address, exact arrival and departure times, room type, and the exact name of the services (meals, program).<br \/>\nWhen ordering, the accommodation must be clearly informed of which building of the accommodation, and which category and type of room the Guest&#8217;s order applies to.<br \/>\nThe accommodation confirms every order in writing (fax, e-mail).<\/p>\n<p>The Contract is created by the written confirmation of the Guest&#8217;s written reservation by the Service Provider and is therefore considered a written contract.<\/p>\n<p>A verbal reservation, agreement, modification, or verbal confirmation by the Service Provider does not have contractual value.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>the validity of offers<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fundus Invest Kft.&#8217;s offers &#8211; with the exception of Daily Room Rates &#8211; are only available to Guests with a limited amount of room capacity.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>cancellation of service<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Guest undertakes to inform the accommodation in writing of any cancellation, modification or any other change to the services ordered by them prior to the start of the service.<\/p>\n<p>The Contract for the use of accommodation services is valid for a specific period of time.<\/p>\n<p>Any extension of the use of the accommodation service initiated by the Guest requires prior consent from the Service Provider. In this case, the Service Provider may stipulate the reimbursement of the fee for the service already provided.<br \/>\nAny amendment and\/or supplement to the Contract requires a written agreement signed by the Parties.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n4. TERMS OF CANCELLATION<\/b><\/p>\n<p>All <b>individual room reservations:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>which are not for holidays or special periods can be cancelled free of charge <b> up to 7 days <\/b>prior to arrival.<\/li>\n<li>reservations for holidays or special periods can be cancelled free of charge <b>up to 14 days <\/b>prior to arrival<\/li>\n<li>reservations with a <b>New Year&#8217;s Eve package<\/b> can be cancelled free of charge <b>up to 30 days<\/b> prior to arrival<\/li>\n<li>In case of cancellation within the cancellation deadline or the Guest&#8217;s non-arrival without cancellation (no show), our hotel will treat the advance payment as a penalty, or in the case of a bank card guarantee, the advance payment will be charged to the bank card.<\/li>\n<li>The cancellation conditions also apply to reservations made within the cancellation deadline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Group reservations <\/b>(min. 10 people) can be cancelled free of charge <b>up to 21 days prior to arrival<\/b>, except for New Year&#8217;s Eve package reservations. The Service Provider is entitled to issue a partial invoice for the services provided by them.<\/p>\n<p>The Service Provider may request an advance payment for the entire amount of the ordered services as a guarantee for the use of the service in accordance with the Contract and the payment of the consideration.<\/p>\n<p>The payment for the ordered services can be made in the following ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>by bank transfer<\/i>,<\/li>\n<li><em>by online bank card payment<\/em> via the hotel&#8217;s book.interface. Online bank card payments are made via the Barion system. Your bank card details are not sent to our hotel. The service provider, Barion Payment Zrt., is an institution under the supervision of the Hungarian National Bank, its license number: H-EN-I-1064\/2013.<\/li>\n<li>or on site <i>cash, bank card,<\/i> and in accordance with the applicable laws <i>by Sz\u00e9chenyi Pihen\u0151k\u00e1rtya<\/i> (SZ\u00c9P card).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Payment with a SZ\u00c9P card is only possible <strong> if the cardholder is also present on site<\/strong>. If the SZ\u00c9P card is not in the name of the Guest using the accommodation and the cardholder is not present on site, we cannot accept the card! In the case of payment with a SZ\u00c9P card, in order to ensure legitimate card use, the accommodation may request prepayment of the ordered services and presentation of the Guest&#8217;s ID card. GUARANTEE<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In case of reservation, <b>our hotel always requests a deposit to guarantee the reservation<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>In case of <b>individual reservations<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>in case of normal packages min.<b> 30%<\/b> of the reservation value<\/li>\n<li>in case of holiday packages and special periods min. <b>50 %<\/b> of the reservation value<\/li>\n<li>in case of New Year&#8217;s Eve packages, 100% of the reservation value<\/li>\n<li><b>by bank transfer within 5 days of the order<\/b> based on the advance payment letter..<\/li>\n<li>In case of a reservation within 5 days, no later than 4 PM on the last working day before the Guest&#8217;s arrival.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In case of a <b>Travel Agency<\/b> the advance payment is<b> 100% of the reservation value minus the commission.<\/b> The written confirmation of the accommodation becomes effective if the requested advance payment is received by the time specified in the advance payment letter.<\/p>\n<p>In case of book.a room on the day of arrival, <b>the full amount of the reservation must be paid in advance at the reception of our hotel upon arrival,<\/b> before occupying the room.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n7. PRICES<\/b><i><\/i><\/p>\n<p>The prices published by Fundus Invest Kft. always <b>include<\/b> the <b>VAT<\/b> valid at the time of printing, as defined by law.<\/p>\n<p>However, the prices <b>do not include<\/b> the <b>the tourist tax (IFA)<\/b>, the rate of which is <b>700 HUF\/ person\/ night<\/b> in 2025\u00a0and is to be paid at the location of the service <b>from the age of 18<\/b>, except for those price offers in which Fundus Invest Kft. specifically states: &#8222;the prices shown also include the tourist tax&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Fundus Invest Kft. reserves the right to chance prices.<br \/>\nThe accommodation will announce the currently valid prices in the order confirmation. The hotel management reserves the right to refuse further accommodation of the animal in the hotel if it deems that the animal disturbs the proper operation of the hotel or the peace of other hotel Guests.<\/p>\n<p>c) <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Parking<\/span><\/p>\n<p>There is an <strong>open, unguarded street parking<\/strong> in front of the hotel. Parking spaces are <strong>limited<\/strong> (approx. 80) and advance reservations are not possible. Please note that during peak periods (holiday weekends, summer months) free parking lots often can be found only about 100-400 meters from the hotel due to the large number of Guests arriving in the city.<\/p>\n<p>d) <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Medical services<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In the case of medical services used in the hotel, a fee in accordance with applicable laws must be paid.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n9. COMPLAINTS<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In the event of any complaints arising during the hotel service, the Guest may lodge a complaint in writing at the hotel reception until the time of departure. The Guest&#8217;s right to complain ceases after departure from the accommodation.<br \/>\nThe hotel is obliged to investigate complaints and respond to them in a meaningful manner within 30 days.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n10. CEASING OF OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE SERVICES<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Service Provider is entitled to terminate the Agreement for accommodation services with immediate effect, thus refusing to provide the services, if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the Guest does not make proper use of the room or facilities provided,<\/li>\n<li>the Guest behaves in a manner that is inappropriate, rude, abusive, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable to the security, orderliness or staff of the accommodation,<\/li>\n<li>the Guest suffers from an infectious disease,<\/li>\n<li>or the Contracting Party fails to fulfill their obligation to make the advance payment provided for in the Contract by the specified date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><br \/>\n11. ILLNESS OR DEATH OF THE GUEST<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0If the Guest falls ill during the period of using the accommodation service and is unable to act in their own interest, the Service Provider will offer medical assistance.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of the illness\/death of the Guest, the Service Provider shall claim compensation from the relatives, heirs or bill payers of the sick\/deceased person for any medical and procedural expenses, the value of services used prior to the death, and any damage to equipment and furnishings caused by the illness\/death.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><br \/>\n12. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTRACTING PARTY<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Under the contract, the Guest is entitled to the intended use of the ordered room and those facilities of the accommodation that are included in the standard range of services and are not subject to special conditions.<\/p>\n<p>The Contracting Party shall pay the consideration for the services ordered in the Contract by the date and in the manner specified in the Contract.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Guest may not bring their own food and drink to the catering units at the accommodation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n13. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The service provider is entitled to reimbursement for the value of the services ordered by the guest.<\/p>\n<p>The service provider is obliged to provide the accommodation and other services ordered based on the Contract in line with the valid stipulations and service standards<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n14. COMPENSATION<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The accommodation is liable for any damage caused by it in accordance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Service Provider is only responsible for valuables, securities and cash if it has <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">expressly accepted them for safekeeping<\/span> or has refused to accept them for safekeeping.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Service Provider&#8217;s liability does not extend to damages that occurred due to unavoidable causes beyond the control of the Service Provider, its employees and guests, or that were caused by the Guest themselves.<br \/>\nIf the guest fails to file a complaint on site, they will not be entitled to compensation later.<\/p>\n<p>The guest is liable for all damages suffered by the Service Provider or a third party due to the fault of the Guest or their companions or other persons under their responsibility. This liability exists even if the injured party has the right to claim compensation for their damages directly from the Service Provider.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n15. SECRECY<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Service Provider shall proceed according to the standards determined by the <a href=\"https:\/\/teszt.hoteldelibab.hu\/en\/adatvedelmi-tajekoztato\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Data Handling Guide<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n16. <\/b><b>FORCE MAJEURE<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Any reason or circumstance (for example; war, fire, flood, inclement weather, power outage, strike) beyond the control of the Party (force majeure) excuses any Party from performing the obligations set in the Contract prior to this reason or circumstance existing. Parties agree to do everything in their power to limit the possibility of these reasons or circumstances occurring and to remedy the damage or delay caused by them as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n17. JURISDICTION, GOVERNING LAW<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>The legal relationship between the Service Provider and the Contracting Party shall be governed by by the local law (Hungarian law). In any legal dispute arising from the service contract, the court is authorised at the location where the services are provided and declared to have competence to handle the issue.
