Az NTAK rendszer kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag statisztikai c\u00e9l\u00fa, statisztikai adatk\u00f6r\u00f6kbe tartoz\u00f3 adatok digit\u00e1lis kezel\u00e9s\u00e9re alkalmas. A Vend\u00e9gekkel kapcsolatos szem\u00e9lyes adatot nem fogad be \u00e9s nem is t\u00e1rol. Ebben az esetben a Vend\u00e9g a Sz\u00e1lloda felmond\u00e1s\u00e1ban meghat\u00e1rozott id\u0151tartamon bel\u00fcl k\u00f6teles a sz\u00e1llod\u00e1t poggy\u00e1szaival egy\u00fctt saj\u00e1t k\u00f6lts\u00e9g\u00e9n elhagyni. A t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1s elmarad\u00e1s\u00e1b\u00f3l vagy a k\u00e9sedelmes t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1sb\u00f3l ered\u0151 k\u00e1rok\u00e9rt a Vend\u00e9g viseli a felel\u0151ss\u00e9get.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Vend\u00e9g egy\u00e9b bevitt dolgaiban keletkezett k\u00e1rok\u00e9rt a Sz\u00e1lloda csak akkor tartozik felel\u0151ss\u00e9ggel, ha a k\u00e1resem\u00e9ny a Vend\u00e9g \u00e1ltal rendszerint haszn\u00e1lt, vagy a Vend\u00e9g sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra nyitott helyen k\u00f6vetkezett be, p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul: a Sz\u00e1llodai szoba, folyos\u00f3, lobbi, kert, parkol\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Sz\u00e1lloda a Vend\u00e9g sz\u00e1llod\u00e1ba bevitt dolgaiban keletkezett k\u00e1r\u00e9rt, vesztes\u00e9g\u00e9rt \u2013 a bevitelb\u0151l kiz\u00e1rt dolgok kiv\u00e9tel\u00e9vel \u2013 felel\u0151ss\u00e9ggel tartozik abban az estben, ha az \u00e9rt\u00e9kt\u00e1rgy, ing\u00f3s\u00e1g bizony\u00edtottan a Sz\u00e1lloda ter\u00fclet\u00e9re, hotel szob\u00e1ba behozatalra ker\u00fclt. If the room is occupied before 3:00 PM, the Hotel is entitled to charge a surcharge.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>CHECKING OUT<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the day of departure, the Guest must leave the room with their luggage and belongings <strong>by 11:00 AM<\/strong> and hand in the keycard they received at check-in at the reception. The Hotel automatically charges the cost of the call to the Guest&#8217;s room account with a Hotel surcharge based on the rates of the telephone service provider.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The call will be charged until the call is ended by putting the handset back in its place.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any additional costs incurred due to the Guest&#8217;s improper use of the telephone shall be borne by the Guest.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>SECURITY<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Hotel operates a closed-circuit camera system in the building and its external (street) and internal (courtyard) areas for the property and personal safety of the Guests and the Hotel, which continuously takes and records footage 24 hours a day.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additionally, the hotel has 10-hour security service every day from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>In the event of a fire, the Guest must follow the escape route posted in the room and the instructions of the firefighters on site<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Fire extinguishers are located in the corridors of the Hotel, on each floor. <\/span><b>In the event of a fire, the Guest is obliged to immediately alert the reception.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the Hotel rooms, <\/span><b>you may not use your own iron, electric kettle, coffee machine or any other electric devices not usually considered a travel necessity. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Laptops, notebooks, tablets, cameras and video cameras are not included in this ban. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the Hotel room, <\/span><b>it is strictly forbidden to use an electrical device while showering or using a bathtub, near running water, or in a bathtub filled with water<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, due to the risk of electric shock.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>KEY CARD<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Guest can <\/span><b>use their key card to power up electrical equipment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and to <\/span><b>open the door to their room<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The key card must be inserted into the card reader next to the door.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Guest <\/span><b> loses their card during their stay at the Hotel, they must immediately inform the reception<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> about this! <\/span><b>Upon departure, please hand in the card at the Reception<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. In case of loss or damage to the key card, the <strong>compensation fee<\/strong> required to pay is <strong> 4 000 HUF \/ card<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>TOWEL CARD<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Guest will <\/span><b>receive a towel to use in the wellness area in exchange for the towel card received upon arrival<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which must be returned to the wellness area every day.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After returning the towel, the Guest will get their card back, so they can use it to request another towel the next day.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Towel cards must be handed in at the Hotel Reception before departure<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon arrival, <\/span><b>the value of the towel card \u2013 10 000,- HUF\/ card \u2013 will be automatically charged<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to the Guest&#8217;s account, which amount will be deleted from the account upon departure <\/span><b>when the cards have been returned in full.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Guest loses the towel card or fails to return it upon departure, they must pay the charged amount as compensation!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>THINGS WE DO NOT ALLOW AT THE HOTEL<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Hotel prohibits bringing the following items on the premises:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">things classified as <\/span><b>corrosive, flammable chemicals or substances<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> according to applicable legislation,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">substances classified as <\/span><b>fire hazards and\/or explosive<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> according to applicable legislation,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>food and drink purchased outside of the Hotel <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (including alcoholic drinks),<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">particularly <\/span><b>expensive, valuable objects, museum items<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>fireworks, firecrackers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, their parts and components,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>waste, things harmful to the environment or health<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>weapons or objects considered to be a weapon<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>psychotropic substances<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon the Guest&#8217;s prior written request, the Hotel may authorize in writing the entry of prohibited items into the Hotel&#8217;s premises.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Guest brings something that cannot be brought into the Hotel&#8217;s premises without the Hotel&#8217;s prior written permission, the Hotel may remove it or have it removed at the Guest&#8217;s expense.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Hotel excludes liability for damage caused by items brought in without permission.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our guest bears full legal and financial responsibility for all damage and injury caused by things brought in without permission to other guests, third parties or the Hotel.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>SMOKING<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Hotel is a <\/span><b>non-smoking establishment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Accordingly, <\/span><b>smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are prohibited<\/b> in the closed rooms of the Hotel (including Guest Rooms), in its public areas, and in the entire open area of \u200b\u200bthe hotel \u2013 with the exception of designated smoking areas<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hotel employees are entitled to warn Guests and any other person staying on the premises of the Hotel to comply with this regulation and to stop smoking or using e-cigarettes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Guest or any person staying on the premises of the Hotel is obliged to comply with the regulation and to comply with any request.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We would like to draw the attention of our Guests that <\/span><b>we will charge an extra cleaning fee of 15 000,- HUF\/ room to our Guests who smoke in the room despite the warning<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the competent authority imposes a fine on the hotel based on the relevant legislation due to the unlawful conduct of any Guest or other person staying on the premises of the Hotel, the Hotel is entitled to transfer the amount of the fine to the person who committed the unlawful conduct and to demand its payment from them.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>DO NOT DISTURB SIGN\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hotel staff cleans the room once a day after 8:00 AM. The Guest may place the &#8222;Do not disturb&#8221; sign on the door handle if they wish not to be disturbed by the Hotel staff knocking or entering the room.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Guest may put the &#8222;Do not disturb&#8221; sign up on the door at their own risk and responsibility. If Hotel staff finds a &#8222;Do not disturb&#8221; sign on the door on the day of the Guest&#8217;s departure and the Guest does not react to the Hotel&#8217;s phone call, Hotel staff may enter the room any time after 11 AM. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In extraordinary situations (e.g. fire, terrorist attack, etc.) without a prior phone call, or when the Hotel reasonably assumes, based on the information available, that the guest\u2019s life, health, physical integrity, property security is or may be in danger in the room, and the guest is the hotel does not respond to your phone call, the hotel staff are allowed to enter the room.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Hotel is not responsible for any harm or damage occurring as a result of improper use of the &#8222;Do not disturb&#8221; sign.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>DAILY CLEANING<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hotel staff cleans the rooms <\/span><b>once every day between 8 AM and 4 PM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the cleaning crew <\/span><b>finds a &#8222;Do not disturb&#8221; sign on the door during this time, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">they will not clean the room<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The Guest may not demand a discount or compensation for this.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The daily cleaning routine includes the following: airing the room <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u25cf<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tidying the bed (as long as no valuables or personal items were placed on it) <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u25cf <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">emptying the ashtray on the balcony <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u25cf<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> emptying the trash bin <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u25cf<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> wiping the toilet and shower <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u25cf<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> replacing toilet paper and toiletries.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We would like to inform of our dear Guests that, for environmental reasons, the Hotel<\/span><b>only changes the towels placed on the bathroom floor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and that <\/span><b>bed linen is changed every 4 days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>LAUNDRY, IRONING<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Hotel undertakes laundry and ironing according to the laundry list. If you have not filled in a request in advance, during your reservation or at check-in, <strong>the minibar fridge will be empty<\/strong> upon arrival. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you would like your refrigerator to be stocked according to your wishes, please\u00a0<strong>fill out the order sheet placed in your room<\/strong>,\u00a0and we will prepare your personal minibar for you. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can hand in your order at the Reception desk\u00a0<strong>every day until 3 PM<\/strong>,\u00a0or hang it on your door handle outside your room.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please note that\u00a0<strong>we will charge the value of the items on your order list to your room account!<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>PARKING<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hotel guests can park their vehicles in the open-air, unguarded parking lot in front of the hotel for a fee. The fee is 1,600 HUF\/ day, which is included in some of our offers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The number of available parking spots is limited, reservation in advance is not possible.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the parking lot, you must keep the rules of KRESZ.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Guest wishes to use the parking lot, they must indicate the vehicle registration number on the registration form upon check-in. If this is refused or omitted, they cannot use the parking lot.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Hotel is not liable for any damage occurring to parked cars (such as weather conditions or damage from other vehicles).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Guest is directly liable to the injured party for any damage caused to another parked car.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please do not block the utility entrances.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>BREAKFAST<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Breakfast is served <strong>on weekdays between 7 AM and 10 AM<\/strong>, and <strong>on weekends, special periods and bank holidays between 7 AM and 10:30 AM<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>We provide breakfast in 2 shifts<\/strong>:<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Weekdays<\/span>: I. shift 07:00 \u2013 8:30 AM \u2013 II. shift 08:30 \u2013 10:00 AM<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Weekends, Holidays<\/span>: I. shift 07:00 \u2013 8:45 AM \u2013 II. shift 08:45 \u2013 10:30 AM<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Breakfast is included<\/strong> in the room price.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Breakfast is served buffet style, meaning that there is no serving staff, and the Guest serves themselves from the selection of food and drinks on the tables set up in the breakfast room.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Hotel offers unlimited food consumption from the breakfast buffet, however <\/span><b>neither food nor drinks may be taken out for later consumption<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. If the Guest takes food and\/or drinks out of the breakfast room for later consumption without the Hotel&#8217;s prior permission, the Hotel is entitled to charge 50% of the breakfast price (\/ person\/ occasion) to the Guest&#8217;s account.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>DRESS CODE<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>K\u00e9rj\u00fck We ask our Guests to please adhere to the general standard of decency.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Appropriate attire is expected in the Hotel&#8217;s catering units and during half-board meals. <\/span><b>We ask that you refrain from wearing bathrobes, slippers, shorts, or sweatpants in our restaurants<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the fitness room, wearing sports attire is advised.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>ABNORMAL CONDUCT<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the peace of our Guests, <strong>loud music, noisy activities, sound effects, watching television or listening to the radio at a disturbing volume<\/strong>, etc. are prohibited in the hotel area <\/span><b>after 10 PM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 except for events organized or authorized by the Hotel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the hotel area, regardless of the time of day, any conduct or behavior that disturbs the peace, safety, sense of security and privacy of others is prohibited; is or may be considered harassment, capable of intimidating others.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The hotel employee is entitled to warn the disruptive and\/or loud guest. The first warning is free of charge, for the second and third warnings, the hotel charges HUF 5.000 each to the room account of the warned Guest. After the third warning, the hotel is entitled to terminate the hotel contract unilaterally, with immediate effect, and to immediately expel the guest from the hotel without any obligation to repay and\/or compensate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The hotel excludes its responsibility for any damage caused to other guests by the Guest\u2019s behavior.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Hotel also functions as a conference hotel,so at some events, the Guest(s) may behave louder, make bigger gestures, or react differently than usual in other places.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>ILLNESS AND DEATH<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Guest becomes ill during the period of using the accommodation service and is unable to act in their own best interests, the Hotel will offer medical assistance.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Guest may accept that medical assistance at their own risk and responsibility.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The doctor is not an employee, agent, or contributor of the Hotel, and the Hotel excludes liability for the diagnosis, the therapy applied, or its consequences.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event of illness\/death of our guest, the Hotel claims reimbursement of costs from the sick\/deceased\u2019s relatives, heirs, or bill payer; possible medical and procedural costs, compensation for services used before death, and possible damage to equipment and furnishings in connection with the illness\/death.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event of an infectious disease of the Guest, the Hotel is entitled to terminate the Hotel Contract with immediate effect without refund or compensation. In this case, the Guest is obliged to leave the hotel with their luggage at their own expense within the period specified in the Hotel\u2019s cancellation notice. In the event of an infectious disease, the Hotel is subject to the 18\/1998 (VI. 3.) NM is obliged to act in accordance with the decree. (The regulation prescribes what should be done in the event of an infectious disease. According to the regulation, if such a suspicion exists, the Hotel will call a doctor who will determine whether the Guest is contagious or not.)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>LOST AND FOUND<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please hand any found items to the reception, where they will be registered.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Food, food-type articles and medicine will be destroyed by Hotel staff.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Items that can be stored will be kept by the Hotel for 3 months.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the rightful owner of a lost item comes forward, they can receive the object by presenting and signing a document proving their identity, and reimbursing the Hotel for the costs of storing the item.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Items that cannot be stored by the Hotel due to their size, weight or other properties will be immediately handed over by the Hotel to the territorially competent notary.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>THE HOTEL&#8217;S LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For cash, securities, and valuables, the Hotel is <strong>only obliged to compensate for the damage caused if the Hotel has <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">taken them for safekeeping<\/span> or has refused to take them for safekeeping.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Hotel expressly reminds the Guest to place their cash, valuables and securities in the safe in the room.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the safe does not work or does not function properly, the Guest is obliged to inform the Hotel reception immediately. The Guest is liable for any damages resulting from failure to inform or delayed notification.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Hotel is only liable for damage to other belongings brought in by the Guest if the damage occurred in a place usually used by the Guest or open to the Guest, for example: the Hotel room, corridor, lobby, garden or parking lot.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Hotel is liable for any damage or loss caused to the Guest&#8217;s belongings brought into the hotel &#8211; with the exception of items excluded from entry &#8211; if the valuables or movable property can be proven to have been brought into the Hotel&#8217;s premises or hotel room. The burden of proof lies with the Guest.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Hotel is liable for any damage caused in this way up to a maximum of fifty times the daily room rate paid by the Guest.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Hotel is exempt from its obligation to pay compensation if it proves that the damage occurred due to an unavoidable cause beyond the control of the Guests and employees, or that the damage was caused by the Guest themselves.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Guest uses and utilizes the Hotel&#8217;s equipment, wellness and other services as intended, with awareness and knowledge of his\/her own health, physical and mental condition, therefore the Hotel excludes liability for damages resulting from improper use or use that is not in accordance with the Guest&#8217;s actual health, physical and mental condition.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Guest may request a wake-up call at their own risk, which is a courtesy gesture on the part of the Hotel and is not part of the Hotel&#8217;s contractual service.
